In order to use SNAP you must be present for delivery; therefore you must select Delivery and Pay at Delivery with your order (pickup sites are not available). Enter coupon code “GGSNAP” for free delivery and to take advantage of Double Up Oregon’s 50% discount on eligible produce! Learn more about using FDNP, SNAP, or Double Up Food Bucks by clicking here.

Lodging Deliveries

NE Oregon visitors: Order the weekend before your arrival (deadline Monday at 11 a.m.). Register as a Shipping customer, and then put your lodging address and any special instructions in the Notes section of your order. There are limits to where we can deliver (see map below).

*DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

Delivery area is available:

  • Within city limits for Joseph, Enterprise, Lostine, Wallowa, Elgin, Imbler, La Grande, Union
  • Within 3 miles on Hwy. 82 anywhere between Joseph (including Hurricane Creek Rd.) and La Grande — on pavement

Due to the low clearance of our refrigerated cargo van, deliveries are restricted to locations on pavement (or with up to 500 feet of level, maintained gravel). If you have a long and/or rough driveway, consider these alternatives:

  • Put a cooler at the end of your driveway
  • Ask an in-town friend to receive your order
  • Use a pickup site

See below or When will I get my order? for more delivery information.

SHIPPING

In keeping with our mission, we encourage you to find a producer in your area! But we do ship anywhere in the United States with the following caveats:

  • Shipping orders may be placed at any time.
  • Most parcels are sent via UPS ($12 minimum); very small parcels via post office. If we need to increase the total for additional shipping due to the weight of the package, that will be done prior to running your credit card.
  • We prefer to ship durable, shelf-stable products.
  • Perishable items will only be shipped when daily high temperatures fall below 55 degrees. If temps are amenable we will ship at the beginning of the week. Your package will include insulation and ice packs that require additional shipping cost.
  • We will ship perishable items only if you are willing to absorb the risk that your package might be compromised by delay or excessive heat. Next-Day Air shipping and dry ice are not available from our location, and carriers find ways to deny claims even on insured packages. No refunds for thawed product are available.
  • Critical mass will help a package of perishable items stay cold: Think 20# of burger versus one piece of cheese.
  • We reserve the right to remove products from or cancel an order that we feel will not survive the trip (we’re looking at you, corn chips and peaches).
  • Want a different box of curated treats every month? Check out our Shipping Subscription!

PORTLAND METRO POP-UP
