Lodging Deliveries

Visitors to Wallowa County: Order the week before your arrival (deadline Monday at 11 a.m.). Register as a Shipping customer, and then put your lodging address and any special instructions in the Notes section of your order. Delivery is on Thursday, and there are limits to where we can deliver (see below).

*DELIVERY LIMITATIONS

Delivery area is within city limits as noted above, or within 3 miles on Hwy. 82 anywhere between Joseph (including Hurricane Creek Rd.) and La Grande. Due to the low clearance of our refrigerated cargo van, deliveries are restricted to locations on pavement (or with up to 500 feet of level, maintained gravel). If you have a long and/or rough driveway, consider these options:

  • Put a cooler at the end of your driveway
  • Ask an in-town friend to receive your order
  • Use a pickup site

See When will I get my order? for delivery details.

SHIPPING

In keeping with our mission, we encourage you to find a producer near you! But we do ship anywhere in the United States:

  • Shipping orders may be placed at any time.
  • Most parcels are sent via UPS ($12 minimum); very small parcels via post office. If we need to increase the total for additional shipping due to the weight of the package, that will be done prior to running your credit card.
  • We prefer to ship shelf-stable products only.
  • If you order perishable items, we will ship at the beginning of the week. Your package will include insulation and ice packs that require additional shipping cost. We will ship only if you are willing to absorb the risk that your package might be compromised by delay or excessive heat. Next-Day Air shipping and dry ice are not available from our location, and UPS has occasionally denied claims even on insured packages. No refunds for thawed product are available.
  • We reserve the right to remove products from or cancel an order that we feel will not survive the trip.

PORTLAND METRO POP-UP

We occasionally bring products to the Portland area in conjunction with East County Food Hub! Both hubs offer pre-orders, and Full Cellar Farm (and sometimes other veondors) is also on site with treats and additional products.

The next Pop-up is Saturday, May 9 from 10 a.m. to 1 p.m. at Full Cellar Farm, 28765 SE Stone Rd.; Boring, OR 97009.

Pre-order

  • Good Groceries from May 1-4
  • East County Food Hub from TBA; visit their website and select Full Cellar Farm as your pick-up site.
