Comes to us from Gonzalez Farm (Mt. Vernon, Washington) via Farmstand Local Foods food hub. Moises and Berta are from Oaxaca, Mexico. "We have been farmers in Washington for 15 years, and before that we worked as farmers in California. We are a pure family-run farm, sometimes our children help with the farm work and and sometimes my father. We don't use any chemicals, only organic inputs. We do the majority of the work by hand."
