Our Salish Sea Halibut is very special: light and lean -and prized for its delicate texture and robust flavor. This is halibut that needs no bacon wrapping to give it flavor. Salish Sea Halibut spend their entire lives in cold deep water eating spot prawns and Dungeness crab. No wonder they taste so good! Boneless, individually vac-packed portion.
