Ghee, Garlic

Ghee is a form of clarified butter, made by caramelizing the milk solids and thus creating a deeper, more complex flavor profile. The infusion of fresh, homegrown garlic is the final touch, adding the aromatics and flavor of this delicious herb.

With the removal of the milk solids and moisture, ghee is classified as an oil, generally considered safe for those with lactose issues, and is shelf stable. To preserve the shelf stability, store away from light and moisture.

Our ghee is hand poured, and is crafted from high quality unsalted butter. The garlic used in our popular Garlic Ghee is grown in our garden without pesticides or other chemicals.

*Our offerings are sold by net weight, not volume. It is normal that the jar is not filled to the brim.*
