Why do it now?
Quantities are limited. Last year, local turkeys were spoken for well before Thanksgiving. Don't miss out on a free-range, locally raised and processed turkey.

This year's turkeys were raised from poults at Hurricane Creek Ranch, near Joseph. After enjoying the summer they will be humanely processed at Hawkins Sisters Ranch in Wallowa.

How does it work?
Just click here to add the $30 deposit to your regular order. This deposit will be deducted from the final price ($8.75 per pound) once the turkeys are processed. Feel free to request a specific size (the earlier you do this, the better your chances). And, get $10 off if we deliver the turkey before the end of October!
