Grain Queen Bakehouse

(Formerly Teahouse Bakery) is a one-woman bakery business in Cove, Oregon that makes cookies, pastries, desserts, and (occasionally) sourdough breads. I celebrate whole grain flavor, texture, and nutritional value in all of my bakes. Flour is an under-appreciated ingredient when it comes to designing flavorful bakes, which is why I've adopted the tagline, "flour is flavor!"
