Teahouse Bakery

Teahouse Bakery is a one-woman cottage bakery in Cove, Oregon that makes cookies, pastries, desserts, and (occasionally) sourdough breads. I celebrate whole grain flavor, texture, and nutritional value in all of my bakes. Flour is an underappreciated ingredient when it comes to designing flavorful bakes, which is why I've adopted the tagline, "flour is flavor!"

Teahouse Bakery, llc is a home-based bakery and tea business that operates under the Oregon cottage bakery exemption. All baked goods are made in a home kitchen that has not been certified or inspected. With over 20 years of food service industry experience, I know and employ Oregon food handlers sanitation and safety measures.
