Uncle Frank's Fish Company is run by Jeffry Hancock, a former fisherman. This seafood distribution business is located in Central Oregon, servicing the Pacific Northwest and beyond. Currently Uncle Frank's offers sustainably harvested wild caught Sockeye Salmon, harvested in the cold waters of Bristol Bay, Alaska. Bristol Bay Sockeye Salmon is a completely wild fishery and sustainably managed to ensure the Sockeye continue to return each season. The fish are net caught, hand bled, and preserved in refrigerated sea water. The sockeye is then cleaned, filleted, flash frozen and vacuum packaged to maintain freshness and quality.

Bristol Bay is the last largest 100% wild fishery unaffected by introduced genetics or artificial hatcheries. Uncle Frank’s Fish Company sources fish via a small community of fishermen/fisherwomen in Bristol Bay. The fish is processed by Leader Creek Fisheries.
