Ditch the tin can and make your own nutrient rich, flavorful broth. The pack includes the frames of two chickens (the bones with the meat, legs, and wings removed) and the necks.
We make broth with this pack using two methods. One method is to roast the bones with vegetables in the oven (shown, with two packages) and then simmer them low and slow in a large pot of water. The second method when we are in a hurry.......throw them in a crockpot of water, set it and forget it!
