Hayshaker Farm favorite!
Our first dried chili product at Hayshaker Farm. A medium warm heat, lightly smokey flavor without being smoked. The same pepper variety grown in Basque country around the town of Espelette, treasured for it's culinary uses. Ours is a little hotter. Can be used for chorizo, sprinkled on eggs, or spice up your salad dressing.
