These bespoke cookies are a labor of love that is evident down to the last crumb. Each half of the walnut sandwich cookie is carefully hand molded using an antique cookie stamp that looks convincingly like a real walnut shell. As decadent and whimsical as a cookie can be!
All products are made with regionally sourced whole grains, and as many other locally sourced ingredients as I can (butter is usually Tillamook, vanilla comes from Singing Dog Vanilla in Eugene, most fruits and vegetables are sourced from Grande Ronde Valley farmers).
