Our pancake mix is made with 100% freshly milled heritage grains. Grown by Palouse Heritage, the blend includes Yellow Breton, a French soft yellow wheat traditionally used for crepes, and Sonoran Gold, a heritage soft yellow wheat known for its drought tolerance. We also include a small percentage of Scots Bere Barley malt for a touch of sweetness. These grains, combined with other baking elements and a touch of nutmeg, cook up into pancakes that are buttery and rich, full of flavor, and light and fluffy - you’ll never guess they are 100% whole grain.
