Our pork is unlike any you’ve ever tasted. It’s deep, rich coloring is because it’s packed full of nutrients and flavor. This comes from the way we raise and care for our animals.
These pigs are on our farm from farrow to finish or from when they are born until they are ready to be processed. They graze our certified organic alfalfa pastures and are fed the best quality local grain (no corn, soy or GMOs) from a family farm in Pendleton. They are processed in a woman-owned facility in Lakeview, Oregon.
We believe a happy pig produces healthy meat.
